The assignment

When I joined Zervicepoint, the company was in the middle of an important shift. The product was technically strong and powerful, but the experience didn’t fully reflect its potential.

The ambition was to move from being primarily a technical engine to becoming a more cohesive, customer-focused SaaS product. Beyond shining a light on interface design, it was also about how the entire organization approached product development and making decisions about features.

My role was to introduce a more design-driven and user-centered way of working. By clarifying the product vision, modernizing flows, and developing new concepts, we began translating complexity into clarity. Working closely with product owners, developers, and end users, we strengthened the understanding of real user needs and positioned design as a strategic driver, not just a visual layer.

A new foundation was formed for a more mature B2B SaaS experience aligning usability, scalability, and business growth.

My Contribution

The assignment focused on establishing a more design-driven and user-centered approach within product development.

Key areas of work included:

  • Clarifying and articulating the product vision
  • Developing new product concepts
  • Modernizing user interfaces and optimizing user flows
  • Aligning new market segments with clearer product themes
  • Strengthening the balance between business priorities and user needs

The work was carried out in close collaboration with product owners, development teams, and internal stakeholders, as well as through dialogue with customers.

Design was positioned not as a layer but as a strategic driver within the product organization.

Delivery & Impact

  • The foundation for scalable growth was strengthened

The work contributed to a more modern B2B SaaS experience.
